Line 1 = Shape (circle, square or hexagon) 形狀，圓方或六角
Line 2 = How many border lines (1,2 or 3) 外框幾條
Line 3 = Icon in center  中央圖示
Line 4 = How many icons (1,2 or 3) 幾個圖示

只需要點選左邊跟下邊的方塊即可，不需要全部。
